About me
My name is Stefan, and I have been working in the fitness industry since 2004. Over the past two decades, I have built extensive experience as both a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, supporting clients in achieving meaningful and sustainable results.
I hold specialist qualifications in Indoor Cycling, Fitness Pilates, TRX Suspension Training, and Insanity, allowing me to design varied and effective training programmes tailored to individual needs. My primary areas of expertise are weight loss and body conditioning, with a strong emphasis on long-term lifestyle change rather than short-term solutions.
Endurance sport has always been central to my personal and professional life. I have completed the London Marathon and competed in two HYROX races, experiences that have strengthened my understanding of structured training, resilience, and performance preparation. Alongside this, I maintain a deep passion for cycling, both indoors and outdoors, which continues to influence my coaching philosophy.
I offer one-to-one Personal Training sessions and comprehensive nutrition consultations, providing clients with clear guidance, accountability, and a results-focused approach. Whether your objective is fat loss, improved fitness, or enhanced physical performance, I am committed to helping you reach your goal in a safe, efficient, and sustainable manner.
